Poor installation is often the root of most problems. We begin with a free site survey, which includes assessing power supply capacity, measuring distances for piping, identifying drainage routing, and verifying HDB/MCST requirements. Once the inspection is complete, we’ll offer you a transparent quote that breaks down the unit cost, materials, labor, and the cost of disposing of the old unit. Moreover, we schedule around noise restrictions and your availability (weekends, after-work slots).
Installation includes copper piping with full insulation (prevents condensation), HDB-approved brackets torqued to specification, drainage connected to building's approved outlets, and electrical circuits tested for load capacity. Once the unit is installed, we will perform a pressure test for leaks, verify cooling (measuring the temperature drop with an infrared thermometer), conduct a noise level check, and perform a drainage flow test. You get installation certification, warranty documents, and care instructions.
Major repairs follow the same rigor. We’ll take care of compressor replacement (the most expensive component) after verifying that it has actually failed before recommending replacement, and not just low on gas. We also perform fan motor repairs, which include replacing worn-out bearings and burnt motors. We also take care of refrigerant line repairs and do a complete control board replacement, if power surges have fried your circuits.
